It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog post so I thought it was time for a catch up! I’ve just had my 32nd birthday so I wanted to share what I got up to. One of my absolute favourite things to do is go away for the night, have a nice meal and a relaxing stay so that’s exactly what we did!
Talking through a new, sustainable fashion discovery – Saint Belle.
I’ve noticed my hair gradually thinning for a little while now, especially around my fringe and parting. It’s not hugely noticeable to other people, but it is to me. I don’t know if its just because I’m getting older (I’m in my 30s now!) or if its a result of years and years of hair dye and straightening. Either way, I’m pledging to take better care of my hair and have been looking for products to help.
I am a huge handbag liner enthusiast. They are now essential for me as I find that they make my handbags much more usable! I’d love to find some more UK based companies that make these, but these are the ones I’ve tried so far…
I don’t think you should hold onto something that isn’t being used. If it’s gathering dust on your shelf, it’s time for it to go to a new home, whether that’s selling it or simply giving it away. Whatever you do – do NOT throw it in the bin! This is so bad for the environment. So, that’s why I’m giving away this incredible Kate Spade wallet to one of my followers.
I am a huge fan of Kate Spade – the quality of the brand matches that of my much higher priced items. I find the leather to be incredibly durable and robust, and they have some beautiful, timeless styles to choose from.
The world is a very strange place at the moment. Our routines no longer exist and the majority of us are working from home. For me, the novelty of sitting in my pyjamas all day quickly wore off, I ended up feeling like a bit of a slob. In order for me to be productive, I needed to put some actual clothes on and make myself look presentable. I think I’ve finally found a happy medium between looking put together and feeling comfortable.
This is the first bad word I’ve had to say about any luxury brand ever, and I hope its the last. I don’t like being negative about anything or anyone, but if I can protect some of my readers from having the same experience as me, I feel it’s best to do that.
A Keepall has been on my wishlist for quite a while. For weekends away, I was lugging around a small suitcase which seemed a bit too much for most trips. A Keepall looked perfect for my needs, but I definitely didn’t have the funds to buy one brand new!
In all honesty I do prefer designer handbags to ones from the high-street because, generally speaking, the quality means they are going to last much longer. However, I like to keep a few non-designer handbags, for those times when I don’t want to use something expensive.
